Wish i bought it earlier

Took me awhile to buy this since i don’t like cluttering my kitchen too much. I love it so much, telling my friends to buy it too. Its well made. I don’t put it in the dishwasher since the instruction said so - but the cleaning is not so terrible.

Beautiful appliance!

This arrived in time for Thanksgiving and worked like a charm! Came in a solid box and had no broken or missing parts. I gave this 4/5 due to the extra maintenance and care for this appliance. This can last a long time if you follow the care instructions. The hotpot deep-dish (the one with split soup) can be put on the gas stove if you want to precook, not the griddle. None of the parts are dishwasher-safe. Just stick to mild detergent. Nothing harsh, and keep all these parts as dry as possible. When you first buy this product, lightly wash the deep pan and griddle. Then turn on the hotpot with water inside so boiling could help further clean and eliminate the "new" smell. Read the instruction manual for free recipes!

Love it!

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend, and so far it’s been a great investment! We have used it several time to grill meat for spring rolls, and am researching doing Korean barbecue at home. I have yet to use the hot pot insert. It’s easy to use and heat up quickly. Cleaning it has been pretty easy.

We wanted to find a grill that is great for indoor table dinning BBQ. This is an amazing grill with precise temperature control, even heating, brilliant design for the flat / grill areas for vegetables and meat. Very easy to clean and fun to use. Highly recommended!

Love the product

Love the hot pot and grill. Perfect for Asian style hot pot and bbq. Temperature control well and easy to use and clean. Heat distribution is good for bbq and can be better for hot pot. I use it almost 2-3 times a week.
