Broken buckle but dry contents

This bag has been great for commuting in heavy rains and keeping everything inside dry, including my laptop! The issues I have with this bag are that the material does not allow for any give, once the bag is full, there is no more fitting anything else into it- this can also make it challenging when using the roll-top. Something I had seen in previous reviews which I was hoping wouldn't happen to me, was that my buckle broke after only a handful of uses. This is extremely disappointing given the price and quality I would have expected out of this bag

my sister has this bag and I loved it, but it was discontinued and I found it here. Timbuk2 is 100% worth every penny

love this backpack

love this backpack! I bike to work, is water proof. Only issue was clip to close it broke after 2-3 mos of use, but it still closes fine.

Pockets aren't everything I wish they were-not sure why, but the smaller pockets are just a little awkward. Bottle retention strap got shredded after a couple months of use with a normal carabiner. Going to try some different configuration next time.

i expect Timbuk to have better quality than this

not durable. the two shoulder straps lining feels very filmy. the plastic clip that closes the opening broke/snapped after 2 months of use. i expect Timbuk to have better quality than this.

商品自体は大容量で満足…ただ、ピン部分に難が…

元々、TIMBUK2のメッセンジャーバックを持っており、リュックタイプが欲しいと思い、こちらを購入。商品自体は素晴らしい出来で、大変気に入っています。大容量で見た目よりも多くのものが入りますが、少ない量だったり重たいものを入れるとリュック自体が型くずれを起こし上部の折返し部分が前に飛び出してきます。また、他のレビュアーの方々と同じように使用から1ヶ月ぐらいでオスピンが折れてしまいました… 強度を上げて欲しいところではありますが、難しい場合でも交換用品の販売と修理方法の提示が欲しいかなと思っています。
