Super Cute But Kind Of Flimsy

The outer shell is just flimsier than I anticipated, but it’s so cute and definitely a great conversation starter so, overall, I’m very happy with it!

Bought 3 more!!!! So fun!

This is a great way to start your day. I bought it for my 47-year-old self then my daughters both wanted one as soon as they saw it. And I'm going to out one on the ledge next to my front door for people to have a nice way to exit with a positive reminder. I love it and recommend it highly

Fun Office Toy!

Working in a HR this is a fun new addiction to my office! It's a conversation starter, ice breaker and fantastic way to have mantras to remind yourself of the positive through a day. Great novelty item, works the same as the original Magic 8 Ball.

Disappointed

I saw this and was super excited to put this on my desk at work as a pick me up for coworkers and clients. I was totally disappointed when it arrived. It doesn’t really work and you have to manipulate it just right to see the message. I also thought there would be more affirmations. I’m super bummed.

Need something to boost your attitude each day?

This should be called an affirma-tude stone! This magic ball-inspired "stone" has a nice, soft feel on the outside with a pretty light teal color. Unlike its more famous cousin, you don't really need to shake it to get it to show you something positive. Just give it a turn upside down or however and something life-affirming will come your way. I found that turned to its side, the little word pyramid inside doesn't always like to show itself (it tends to get caught and just show the pointy sides, not the words), but if you set it down flat on a table or your hand, the affirmation comes right up. The sayings are really kind, generous and thoughtful. I definitely felt good after seeing each one! Corrected me to an affirmatude lol What a great gift or thoughtful reminder for yourself. Def recommend for daily use.

Right out of the package

So excited for this and opened it up right out of the package. First the screen has a visible scratch and second when you lightly shake it the affirmation does not show.

Magic ball for the New Age

I like this magic ball for the New Age. It comes nicely boxed for gift giving for that certain someone who is too hard on him-or-herself. The case is made of a nice, smooth feeling plastic. I like the organic shape, kind of like a rock that you were lucky to find, and it has a good sensory feel when manipulated. The pale aqua color has a calming effect on me. Give it a little shake and you will see a triangle float up with a daily affirmation. There are 20 different ones, and all of them make me smile. I am well over 40 years old, but I can read the small text fine as long as I’m wearing my reading glasses. Does it work perfectly? Not always. Sometimes the triangle is upside down or not exactly flat, so one corner is hidden. In that case, I just gently turn it around or tilt it as necessary until I can read it. This is helping me in one of my daily goals, which is to be more patient.

It's also a great thing to have on your desk at work because people always pick it up and play with it and you can spread positivity to others as well.
