Does not flow nicely off the spool

Works once you get it off the spool. Took me forever to wind a bobbin, then had to wind some on a different thread spool cause it kept getting stuck on the spool it came on.

Water soluble Thread

this is an excellent product to use with embroidery making fringe. I have also used it to sew pieces of water soluble stabilizer together to use in a LARGE hoop.

Hot water

If it dissolved in cold water, it would be about perfect. I have to wait for the hot water, then it does fine. Patience is not one of my virtues.

Versatile, Great Quality & Price

A great thread for basting or using to do the beginning of trapunto work. It isn’t invisible, very easy to see when you are using it-yet totally dissolves without a trace when washed or comes in contact with any liquid. When using it for hand sewing, knotting the thread can be a challenge. I never realized how handy it was-so glad I bought the big spool.

A Must-Have

This is a must-have item. I do my own quilting on my embroidery machine. I stitch the quilt sandwich together with this thread and then quilt it on my embroidery machine. This thread washes out and the beautiful quilting is left for all to admire. I always have an extra cone of this on hand!

Using it for machine embroidery

Great product! Absolutely the solution I was looking for. Good value; spent more and got less before finding this product. I can see many sewing uses as well as technical uses. Will likely always have a spool in the sewing room.

Great water soluble thread

This thread helped me out many times. It dissolves well. You want to make your stitches a bit bigger than usual so that you don't end up with any residue. I used it in my freehand machine embroidery pieces.
