Took a chance and love them!

Reviews were split but the price and look were exactly what we wanted - so we took a chance. Some reviewers reported that it was only the stand or only the torches were delivered. Mine arrived in two different boxes which may have caused hasty reviews by others. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the torches. They are larger than standard tiki torches, and need to be filled less often. Hardware was included and they were easy to mount. Product was as advertised and we are very happy!

1) The package did not have hardware to affix the item to a surface. Also not included was a retaining nut to secure the pottom bezel of the main unit to the sconce stand. For the higher end expense of the item, that was a poor oversight. 2) This item is copper colored finish. It is not solid copper. I contacted the vendor to inquire if the copper was available. Yes, you can order a copper procduct if you agree to purchase a minimum of 200 units.

High end look and feel

Incredibly high end look and feel. Each one holds an entire bottle of citronella oil and I haven't had to add or adjust the wick yet. Been over a month with regular use. We mounted them to the posts of our covered deck. Only thing to note is that the oil burns really black so make sure you don't mount it near something you would care if it gets discolored from the smoke. I brag about these to all my friends!

Good luck getting it...

The torch itself is nice however getting it is not. We ordered 2 of these and received one. When we contacted them for the other, we only received the base. We didn't realize this for some time since it was not a priority to hang in the rain. I doubt I will ever be able to recover the actual torch portion and would otherwise have no need for the base. If we had received what we ordered, (twice) I would rate it 4 stars.Torch itself is great, base is a touch flimsy.

Misleading ad. Does not included torches

This seller is misleading in that it states smooth Copper torches ...you only get the holders NO torches. I had amazon replace the order for me once now I have 4 holders and still no torches ....this ad is completely misleading and need sot be changed and dec,ared ....HOLDERS only! Do n9t buy expecting a complete set ....severely disappointed

I ordered 3 sets of these for a party we were having all say they got delivered but I only received a portion of the items so I couldn't use them for the party. Very disappointing.
