Efficient iron

I compare this iron to Philips 2000 which I had previously in another country. I could iron up to about 4 shirts with one water filling with the Philips, but can sometimes iron only 1 with the Tfal. The Philips iron did not leave shiny marks on e.g. mens' synthetic pants, making it easy to use it without any worries, but you have to be careful with the Tfal iron to prevent it from happening. Otherwise I find it efficient.

Good iron heats up quickly

Great iron use for patchwork sewing. The cord coming from iron base gets in the way sometimes. The Design to keep cord out of the way doesn’t do its job!

Easy of use

I like the fact that this iron is light enough to not cause problems with my hands due to arthritis. I also love that it only takes one pass to remove wrinkles. The only problem I have is there's a burnt smell coming from the iron that fills the room quickly. This do not bother me so much because the smell does not linger.

Hard to see the water.

Because the reservoir is blue/ green it is very hard to see the water line. The instruction manual is just a bunch of pictures and incomplete. No explanation on how the steam switch works. Other than those few things it’s a great iron and produces a bunch of steam!
