Easy to Use, Love its Simplicity.

I was able to use my steam cleaner finally today to do all my area rugs. I love the simplicity of just being able to steam clean 2 large rugs and 2 smaller ones within a half hour. Not having to pull out my big heavy rug shampoo was a blessing. Also did my kitchen and bathroom floor tiles within that same half hour. I'm so glad I decided to purchase this steam cleaner at a very reasonable price and it did a nice job of cleaning my area rugs without me having to exert a lot of energy. I give it 5 Stars.

Great product

Really like it. First steamer for me, so not sure if water well is small? Have 2 large rooms that merge and it takes 2 wells to do the job. It clicks for standing to useful position, making me think I’m breaking it.

Good product

Have had this steam mop a few months. It works great every time. No issues except the mop head cloth is made pretty cheap. The threads keep pulling and fraying, I keep snipping them. I believe it's the Velcro part of the cloth that secures it to the mop is the problem.

Speedy steam in less than 30 seconds, although product itself a bit too bulky for "handheld" option

Upon initial unboxing, I was a bit concerned, thinking the product, as well as the attachments, seemed a bit "cheap". It's entirely plastic, definitely not durable, and I suggest that any assembling/disassembling of mop and attachments be done with utmost caution . It feels that the plastic build could easily be cracked. I was impressed that it came with 3 reusable mop pads and they are sturdy and easy to rinse before washing. I dislike that the water reservoir cannot be taken off. Although a pourer cup is included, I find it awkward to fill the water reservoir, no matter how slow I pour it always pours water outside of the reservoir. Also the opening to the reservoir is a plastic flap that must be held open in order to fill with water, which is just awkward. As far as it converting to "handheld" steamer, be advised this is a CORDED steamer and to convert to handheld you simply disassemble the handle to the mop, which leaves the body of the mop. To hold this in your hand and use it for any above waist high steaming, is awkward and it's simply too bulky, heavy, and you're having to contend with the cord which is attached to the main body of mop. I've only been using this a few weeks but pretty much every attachment leaks during use to where there's a significant amount of water that drips during use. I am impressed by how quickly the device does begin producing steam. It claims there's 15 mins of steam time but that seems much shorter. I constantly have to refill with water. Also there's a dial apparently to adjust what temp or how hot you want the steam. It seems a bit neat at first but I personally keep it at max steam because that's why I wanted a steamer, in order to sanitize. Overall, if you're predominately using this as a floor mop you should be satisfied. As far as the 10 in 1 claim, I'd suggest a different steamer that is more lightweight and with sturdy attachments.

The cleaning pads could be better.

I have only used it to steam clean my floors. I haven't tried the other attachments to be fair about the product as a whole.

Great Value

I clean for a living and I thought my bathroom was as clean as it could get until I steamed everything with this steam mop and my bathroom literally glows. I was sceptical at first because the price was so low but it does an amazing job I only wish the water tank was bigger other than that it is a great buy for the price.

there’s absolutely nothing i dislike about this mob. it is quite literally perfect. every handle, every attachment, and the mop pads; they are also amazing and have literally saved my floors from being gross from previous tenants! i adore this mop and recommend it now to every person i meet who mentions wanting to buy a steam mop. the only recommendation i have is that if you have a gross floor… invest in a lot of the mop pads! lol

The part that olds the water has started to crack and I’ve only had it from a few weeks

Very disappointed it was working great cleans well, but after just a few weeks of I’m using it the area that holds the water started to crack. So now water is leaking through the cracks and it’s complete garbage and useless. Spent all that money for something that only lasted a few weeks.

the 1 button fell off immediately....I just pop it back on when needed. Other than that, great mop! Heats up fast, good size filler tank so less back and forth refilling it.

Love it!!

I have had KArcher steamer, kinda more pro, I have had one pro and industrial, which was bulky and useless. This little guy is amazing!!! yes, adding water every 20-30 minutes may be inconvenient, tank is really small, but You don't have to wait for a long time to heat it up. Works perfectly. For house cleanup amazing! Clean floors and windows in no time. Light! Versatile ! Recommend for house use 100%
