Very dim

For the price this is an extremely dim light. Feels very well made and solid. I'm sure it will last but it's just very dim for the size.

The Titanic was more water resistant!

I assumed that since the light was made for an outdoor grill, it would be more weather resistant. I was wrong. The light didn't make it five months before filling up with water. I will admit that I do not cover the grill, so it was subjected to "weather." For those who cover their grills, the light should last longer. The brightness of the light was okay. For larger grills, I would recommend installing two lights. Installing the light on the grill was very easy. I found that the installation of the batteries took a couple of minutes. This was because the cuff that goes around the grill handle limits access to the battery compartment.

Dead on arrival

Item arrived with minor scratches as the description stated. Item did not come with batteries as it stated it did all of which would have been fine however it didn't work at all. tried numerous batteries thought I must have been doing something wrong but would not power on at all. Very disappointed and what a waste of time.

Don’t buy

These just don’t work. I had to return it because it would not turn on no matter what I did. I tried and tried, new batteries, different combinations, layouts...nothing. Then I bought the same item at a local store and the same thing. Just a bunch of duds.

Works great!

Bought 2 to balance my BBQ. Really lights up the grill well. Also goes off by itself so in case you're not able to shut off because your hands are full, you won't waste your batteries if you forget it.

What a difference

Love this light! Perfect for cooking at night, having this is a huge life upgrade. Getting the battery in on your own is probably more difficult than it should be though

Horrible getting the battery cover locked.

Easy to connect to bbq. After batteries were installed it was horrible getting the battery cover to lock. It is more jammed in place than locked. Light comes on so I’m not touching it.

The light is good, and was delivered on time, but I paid too much for it ($54.95). Could have gotten it for less than 1/2 the price at Canadian Tire(24.99). My own fault, should have shopped around.
