More than a lip repair

Iam 76, have some red pealing dry spots on my face. Have used many beauty products for years to get rid of them. I tried lip repair on the spots. In less than a month my spots were no longer rough and they have started to fade from red to my natural flesh color. Thank you!

Doesn't Work Instantly - But It Works!

I keep this little pot right next to my bed so I can easily apply it every single night before bed. A lot of the other reviews says it works after just one use but with my own personal experience, that is not the case. I really started seeing a difference after a bout of week of consistent use but I was also suffering from incredibly cracked, dry lips. There is no scent or flavor really, and a little bit goes a really long way. Highly suggest this product if you want an easy fix to lip dryness!

Vanilla play-doh - Been effective at preventing lip cracking

Smells/tastes like vanilla play-doh. It’s a little off-putting sometimes. I like to apply generously to my lips especially corners of my mouth where I used to get cracks. I did not experience any irritation, breakouts, or other negative side effects. The jar is cute and small. I like jars these days because I like to scoop up every little ounce left inside. None wasted. The formula is solid wax. It is gritty but I don’t mind. It melts on my lips during application. Weirdly I kind of enjoy that texture. As if I’m gently exfoliating. It’s not a matte finish as it claims. How could it be? It is a lip balm. It is dryer compared to other lip balms so I see why they call it "matte". It isn’t high shine like a gloss. It has a sheen. It is comfortable on the lips. Not sticky. I kind of want something a little bit more moisturizing or thick especially at nighttime. I think this could be popular among men. They usually don’t like intense moisturizers. I love O’Keeffe’s Working Hands and Healthy Feet but not sure if I would repurchase this lip repair. My lips are not currently in need of repair so I cannot judge how well it performs. I am using it as a preventative. So far it is effective at that. It’s good quality but I think I want to try out other brands. I like trying new things. Haven’t found my holy grail lip balm or lip mask yet.

Works wonders!

Great product! Works for those red chapped upper lip and lips. Notice a difference overnight! One of my new favorite products for myself and my littles who have sensitive skin

Solution for the gritty feel in the review.

When I first opened the product and put it on my lips, it felt like someone had sprinkled sand in the jar. It was most disappointing. Rather than pitch it in the trash, I thought I would try putting it in the microwave for a few moments to see if the "sand" would melt back into the product. It worked! Without the microwave trick, I would rate this a 1 star. After microwaving it for a little more than a minute with the cap off, fixed it to the consistency that I believe the manufacturer probably intended. 5 stars

The BEST!!

Had a problem with picking my bottom lip for a few years. I was worried I would be left with a scar from picking so much until I found this and the regular. Used these for a few weeks and I have had no problems with dry lips since!!

Good product

This is good, but I prefer the sticks that aren't labeled for nighttime. They really seal and repair my dray cracked lips very quickly.

Been searching for a product like this for months!

I had a 2.5 month period where no matter what I did - diet, hydration, medication, air dryness, etc - my lips were just cracked. Blistex made them feel better but didnt change the flakes I had. I used this product one night and woke up with almost 100% improved lips! Highly recommend!!
