Great find

We looked everywhere to find this screen door latch replacement for our 1996 Lance truck camper. We finally found it on Amazon. It works well but doesn’t line up as well as the original. Good value for the money and a great find after checking with RV dealers.

Perfect match for original latch

First let me say that we are thrilled we could find the replacement latch we needed for our 1999 Airstream trailer. I'm happy with the materials. The parts are exactly like the old ones. It took a little patience to install. We needed a drill to take out old rivets and it took a little fooling with to get everything lined up. End result is perfect. I gave four stars because of the confusion on the instructions saying it wouldn't work on an Airstream or Avion. I have no idea why it says that. It exactly matches the one that the factory installed.

Perfect Replacement 2005 Airstream International CCD

Exact replacement for later model Airstream screen doors. Removal of the existing parts will require basic DIY skills, and basic hand tools, including a drill, a drill bit, rivet gun, and rivets. I removed and replaced the screen door latch in about 35 minutes, which included gathering the tools and misc parts, removal and replacement of latch, and then clean up. This part is high quality and a exact replacement (at least for late model Airstreams anyway).
