Decent for running

The touch screen part barely works. I usually just have to take them off. But that is not the reason I bought them. When I run in about 10 degree weather, my fingers get pretty cold at first. Once my body warms up, they work really well. Keep the wind and cold away without getting too warm. I generally think I have small hands, but the small/medium was way too tight. Got the Large. The fingers are a little long, but otherwise fits well.

They are not for cold weather. They are not very warm. I kept him because I’m hoping they come in handy during the fall.

I love these running gloves

Great gloves. They work amazingly in cold weather and are comfortable. The touch screen aspect can be iffy but their benefits overshadow any problems I’ve had

Like them so far! UPDATED 01/30/2022

I had to come back and give these 5 Stars. They are lightweight, but running in the mid 20 degree temps, these gloves are perfect. Now, if you are walking, that might be a different experience, but for running, these are excellent at the below freezing temps. I use these gloves every week and for every run right now. 01/30/2022 ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW I received these gloves through the Amazon Vine Voice program. I requested these in the Large/XL size, and the fit is comfortable. They aren't snug, but they aren't too big either. My palm width is 8 inches in diameter. My middle finger to base of hand is roughly 7 inches. That said, I have tried this same brand in a small/medium size and that was waaay too small. I like the gloves, and I do feel they will be fine for those cold weather runs. I reside in a region with four seasons including snow so I think even those cooler 20's range temperatures will be fine with these. The grip palm is a nice feature plus the glove keeper hooks to prevent losing a glove. Overall, I would recommend these for value and quality.

Comfortable and Great for Running

These gloves are comfortable and perfect for cool weather running. The backs of the fingers are a little thicker fabric to keep the fingers warm in cooler weather. The palms are stretchy enough that I can add a hand warmer to these for temperatures below 30. These have a grippy fabric on the inside of the hands which helps when I need to use my phone but don't want to take my hands out of the gloves. There is also a fabric on the fingers I can use on my touch screen. While these work for cool weather running, I'll need to wear them under my running mitts for temperatures below 20°F and then pull the mitts off once I warm up. Overall, there isn't anything I don't like about these gloves as there are a lot of little features, like a built in pocket for keys, that help them stand out from other running gloves I've used.

Fits Like a "Glove" and Works With My Phone Screen (Most of the Time)

The Gaiam Sport Running Gloves are lightweight, washable, polyester, slightly lined for warmth, fitted but allow for agility, moderately touchscreen compatible with my phone, and have wrist-flap pockets large enough for chapstick and keys. I wear 7-inch in length (wrist to middle fingertip) and 7-inches wrapped (or 3 1/2 inches, one side) in width. So I ordered the small/medium for women. They fit perfectly, like a "glove." Y-e-a-h. I know. I had to. But they do. They're good-quality gloves with mild cold weather protection for less than $15. I do wish the interaction with my phone screen was more reliable, instead of every other swipe and type. But the textured speckling along the palms does make my grip more secure.
