OMG...this feels so good!!!

Im a nurse and I have bad posture so Im always looking for ways that are easy and enjoyable to improve my posture. I laying my back on this roller and moving from side to side .... it feels like a mini message!!

Good product but unsure if rolling helps

Very well made and attractive, durable product. The question is whether foam rolling is all it’s cracked up to be. Not sure I’ll stick with it.

PERFECT density!

I’m not a fan of the hard density rollers at the gym. This one has the perfect amount of firmness without sacrificing it’s intended purpose.

Much better than the "Amazon Basics" version

I purchased this after being really, really disappointed by an Amazon Basics roll. This one is exactly what I was looking for, with excellent firmness. The surface has a great feel, nicely balanced between grippiness and smoothness. The 36" is the perfect size for chest flies, dead bugs, etc., and it's plenty wide enough to make roll-outs comfortable, no matter how wide your stance. This is the same roller used in my physical therapist's office, and it's obvious why. Definitely recommended.

Part of package missing from order.

The Gaiam Foam Roller is fine. In the original Amazon offer for this product, an instructional DVD was advertised as being included. The DVD did not come with the roller. We contacted Gaiam directly and they confirmed that they no longer have a DVD to include, but that Amazon may still have some. Do you? If yes, please send. Thank you.
