Relieved My Neck Pain

Ok, I tend to get neck spasms every single fall season and inevitably I purchase a new pillow for relief. The year before last it was a buckwheat pillow which worked and continued to be great until the next fall came around when it became excruciating. Enter this pillow, which completely knocked out the spasms and has been great so far. I initially got 2 similar pillows that were shaped the same and described very much the same. After feeling them in person, I selected this one because it was more firm and I need that kind of support. It is not hard, but is also not squished flat when you use it (like the other, which I returned). I am a side sleeper and really like the wide end side/neck support, which also takes pressure off my shoulders. It is also very easy to switch sides with this pillow, there is no need for adjusting, so I wake less often. I like this pillow a lot, but am pretty sure I will need to switch again next fall, lol, I have so many now, maybe I can just rotate them in and out! The price was great and after using for a few months, it’s still in good shape, the memory foam is a resilient kind.

Surprisingly comfortable

I was prepared to be disappointed in this thing. It looks like a misshapen brick, feels like a brick, and when you lay on it the first time you’re pretty sure you’re going to either not be able to sleep or that you’re going to wake up with a permanent neck pain. Right as I had that last thought… I woke up and it was morning. No neck or shoulder pain. I love this weird looking thing. I only wish it was a cool gel or had a cool gel cover but for the price I paid it’s a minor complaint. I’m falling asleep faster and no more tossing around or “mountain climbing” for an hour before I’m able to settle in for the night.

Perfect pillow after I altered it with my scissors and sewing machine!

There are lots of things I liked about this pillow. I especially liked the shaping that went into the design and the materials used. I loved the width across as I am a side sleeper but hated the height top to bottom. I cut the foam so that it is more of a neck roll now and then had to remake the stretchy cover for the foam and the bamboo cover. Also made a new pillowcase to fit and now it is my favorite pillow!

All I can say is Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

I have neck issues BIG time. I have no curve in my neck and it causes pain, spasms, nerve issues etc. I had a $150 cervical pillow from the Relax the Back store and left it on one of my trips at a hotel. I wanted to see what Amazon had to offer because I wouldn't be able to make that trek to the store. I ordered 2 different pillows but the other one, in spite of looking similar is going back because THIS PILLOW IS THE ONE!!!!! I SLEPT LIKE A FRIGGIN ROCK the first night and every night since. It's not the softest but it's not the firmist. All I know is it hugs my neck juuuuust right. Give it a try, you can always return but I guarantee you won't need to.

Great neck support

I’ve only had it for one week, but so far it’s wonderful. I’m a back (and sometime side sleeper). This pillow supports my neck wonderfully while on my back, and is also comfortable if I roll on to my side. It is very firm, but so far the support for neck is more important to me than the overall firmness. I’m glad I bought this pillow. I’ve probably been through 8 different pillows this past year, so we’ll see how this one rates as time goes on. I will update this review in a couple of months to state if I’m still as happy with it as I am right now. Fingers crossed.

Works for my neck & Shoulder pain

I was not paid for this review. The pillow is great. Within a few days of using it my neck and shoulder pain was gone. Now it does come back when I stress but a flip of the pillow and it's better. The pillow is not one you sink into. It's a medium firm that helps keep your body in a correct position so your neck and shoulder don't have to work to hard.

Made just for ME???

So, long story short, I absolutely love this pillow and understand it’s not for everyone. I bought this pillow and a neck massager ~2 mos ago for crazy, overnight, stabbing nerve pain. Well, 4 days later I developed quarter sized welts/blisters (yep, shingles <42) that took ~6 weeks to heal. This pillow was great to sleep on but is also a great “propping” pillow, too! I wish I could say my neck pain is gone but it’s a process for me. Great pillow for me and my long neck

Best money I ever spent

I read all the reviews before I buy. some people said you had to use this a while but This product is fantastic. The first night i used it I was sold. It is perfect. It supports, it is lucious. I couldn't find a word to describe except that it feels so good. I have been having issues with neck pain and made my own round tubelike pillows but after a long time of use they were not helping any longer so I went through hundreds of different types till this one. You can buy a cheap pillow for 5 bucks but it's not worth it, even the expensive ones sometimes aren't any good. This one is.
