Hard to spray
The bottle is so heavy and fat it is hard to actually spray on hair for someone with arthritis.

good product, bad sprayer
I like the results of this styling mist. I used it on damp hair, then dried and styled as usual. I felt like the waves from my curling iron set better and lasted a longer. The sprayer is the biggest problem - it does not come out as a mist, but a direct spray in one location. I ended up putting the product in my hands and running my hands through my hair instead. Unfortunately, this makes using the product annoying! I will keep using the product, hopefully I can find a better sprayer... Targeted spray not mist
The sprayer on this product is really bad. It's a continuous stream of product, almost targeted and not a mist at all. It makes it really hard to get even product distribution. To get around this, I spray a generous amount in my hands and work it into my hair. The texture is a thin gel so it works. It is sort of fruit scented and doesn't leave my hair crunchy at all, when applied to towel dried hair. I have 2c waves and I find this spray does hold my waves slightly without any frizz. I didn't notice any volume though. I have pretty fine hair and it falls flat by the end of the day, even with this product.

Works better with a different sprayer
So the product itself I like. The product did add lift to my hair after using it on my roots and then blow drying with a big round brush as suggested. I really liked getting lift into my hair without making it crunch or stiff. It also didn’t make my hair frizzy or too big. The problem is the sprayer. I was expecting a mist or maybe a more focused cone, but this stuff came out in a jet. It completely took me by surprise. I had one part of my hair just doused with product and then I had to work to get the rest of it distributed to my roots. I will likely put the rest of the product in a new spray bottle to be able to use it. So this is where giving it stars is difficult. The product itself I am a fan of and I would give it a 5, but the sprayer is so awful I would give that a 2. So since I can fix the sprayer it is getting a 4.

TRESemmé One Step 5-in-1 Volumizing Hair Styling Mist
My wife will use hairspray from time to time so when I had the chance to try this out, I figured why not. Note while I did receive the product for free, I do have to pay income taxes on the full value of it. My review is based solely on the product itself, nothing more. My wife likes TRESemme products and she liked this with one reservation. My wife confirmed the product works well, adds volume and does what it is designed to do. But she was disappointed in the sprayer itself. It didn't spray evenly or in a fine mist so it was more challenging to apply. Once applied it worked well and she liked it. Deducting one star because of the sprayer.

Get The Helmet Head You Always Wanted
TRESemmé is just a classic hairspray brand from the 90's. It's a pump and in little bottles, so it should be good for travelling. It smells the same as I remember from Junior High School, though I try not to use half a bottle nowadays. A little goes a long way and it does help develop some extra hair volume. Recommended.
