I like this product and have gone through a 1oz bottle purchased directly from Timeless. I'd read reviews about Timeless Vitamin C serum from other sellers, saying the batch they received was old an discolored. So I was a little worried about buying a 4oz Matrixyl 3000, even though Timeless assures 2-years shelf life after manufacture. The box I received in the mail today was sealed with the manufacturer's silver band, and had a date stamp from only two months ago. It looked authentic. So I'm hoping it's true and real. I like paying $20 less for the product than I would if purchasing directly from Timeless. As for the product itself, I like it because it's one of the only products that dermatologists in peer reviewed journals say actually boosts collagen significantly enough to be noticed. I wanted to try retynol, a proven collagen booster, but I'm out in the sun every day so just doesn't make sense to increase my skin's photo-sensitivity, which in and of itself causes wrinkles for those of us who are outside often. Matrixyl 3000, on the other hand, does not increase skin's sun sensitivity. For me, this is a huge plus. I have a noticed slight improvement, I've been using it for about 2 months. I'm a realistic person, and appreciate small improvements. There's no miracle fountain of youth out there. I've noticed a reduction in fine lines, and a small general overall improvement in elasticity. My skin just looks a little more robust overall since I've decided to use serums. Just do your research! And buy a reputable brand.

This is really 2 products in one: Matrixyl 3000 is a combination of peptides commonly used in anti-aging products to boost collagen production, and hyaluronic acid serum is a non-greasy humectant moisturizer. HA serum alone is often sold by high-end skincare companies for upwards of $50 for just 1.0 or 1.7 oz! And they usually add fragrances, colors, and other junk to it. Here you're getting a whopping 4 oz and no junk. There's no better deal anywhere, I've looked. This is not a magic potion and probably won't do a whole lot to reverse major skin damage, but if you want to prevent further aging and keep your skin as firm as possible, you'd be crazy not to have this in your arsenal. Especially if you've already spent money on chemical peels, laser treatments, or a facelift. Use this (and of course sunscreen) to protect that investment. One 4 oz bottle can last anywhere from a month to a year depending on if you only use it on your face, or on your neck, chest, tummy, upper arms, etc. I use it at night, but you can definitely use it during the day -- put it on first and let it absorb for a minute or two before applying makeup or sunscreen. Hello everyone, I did read that some people didn't get a result from this, but I have to tell you ... I've used this for awhile on other skin areas, with nice results, but here's the thing: never thought of trying it on those deep mouth-corner lines ("marionette lines" - ?) but for some reason decided to. It's only been 5 days I think, & ... unbelievably these lines are definitely not as deep, not as noticeable as they were. The reason this is newsworthy is b/c, you may or may not be aware of this, but these type of lines basically respond to nothing except invasive procedures (needles, fillers) or even facelifts. Yikes! So anyway, that's the scoop, don't know if it would help others but it has me!

wow....
I've only been using this for about two weeks now but really do notice the lines around my eyes disappearing. Seriously. Love this stuff. I mix it with equal parts rosehip oil and it makes my skin look so good and feel soft. :D I think the research I did was right, using this as a standalone product and adding yourself to other products instead of being in a serum or tincture with other products is your best bet for great results.
