Cute style. Nice material. Decorative ring broke

In general this is a nice swimsuit. The material is very comfortable. Not too tight or spandex-y, but generally stays in place. I feel this halter style top has a 1970s feel to it and it looks cute. It has a mid- low cut back. I fell mine drooped In the back while wearing. The top did stay in place all day at the beach and pool. I do not think this suit works well for larger chested women, nor do I think it would stay in place if one were doing significant water sports (definitely would not recommend water skiing, tubing—really anything pulled behind a boat—or strenuous swimming.) It’s great for lounging at the beach or pool. Given the price I was pretty disappointed that the decorative gold rings fell off just opening the package. Based on other reviews this seems kind of common. I fixed it—it wasn’t that hard, to be honest. Just annoying that it had to be done at all. Overall, I like it. I really like the material and find much more comfor Than most of my other swimsuit. Maybe because it’s more expensive than those (or because those are generally racing/sport suits and not fashion swimsuits. Not sure what the difference is. But I know I like how this suit feels. Generally, I recommend it.

Cute Swimsuit!

I was excited to try on this swimsuit from Sunshine 79. I chose this particular style because it looked classy and flattering while still being sexy. I ordered my usual size (12), which fit well. The bottom part of the swimsuit is a little skimpier than what I am used to wearing (a higher cut on the legs and less booty coverage on the back), but it is not inappropriately small. The golden medallion is really cute, and I like the little gold beads on the bottom of the tie strings. It's lightweight and comfortable to wear and does not really have much compression. Great for lounging by the pool/hot tub but not enough support for water sports.

Classy and Flattering Fit

This bathing suit is made of a nice material and fits very well. It looks very flattering on and is really beautiful. I cannot wait to wear this poolside come summer!

Runs small

I usually wear a size 2 and sized up to a size 4, but it was still a little small. Otherwise, it is a pretty nice one piece swimsuit.

I Got Lucky!

I am quickly becoming a great fan of this brand! I'm 5'2", 100 lbs, HUGE bust - 34DDD, and extremely short-waisted. If I wasn't born with the bust, I'd probably wear a size 2 or 4, but I ordered a 10, and man, I am so glad I did! It runs short (biggest plus EVER) and the extra material gives my boobies the coverage they love. I'm 67 now, and not looking for a suit in which to swim laps; I just wanna lounge by the pool (and sometimes cool off in it)! I love the creative neckline, too! So, if you are on the short-waisted side, this is a great suit. Clearly, it is NOT a workhorse! Don't get it if you're only going to get one suit and you need to swim a lot of laps. DO buy it if you want it for tanning and lounging. Highly recommend!

Beautiful- only deducted a star for a broken piece

Beautiful and elegant bathing suit. It's modest without being matronly. Fits perfectly and as expected, and was flattering in the tummy area as well. The cute little medallion broke off after the first time I wore it, but the main ring stayed on so it's still functional and looks just as cute. Good quality fabric.

Classy and elegant but could be more comfortable

This swimsuit is classy, elegant and well made. The quality is top notch. The fit was true to size. With that said, I don’t feel like this swimsuit will be more than a sit by the pool swimsuit. I feel like the suit could potentially slip out of place in the chest if real swimming were to be undertaken in it. Lastly, I’m not a fan of itchy and uncomfortable tags. Two tags are sewn into the side of the suit that are very uncomfortable and irritating to my skin. Unfortunately, they are sewn into the suit so removing them completely might destroy the suit.
