Comfortable but not long enough
These are comfortable and absorbent but not long enough for over night usage, I have had multiple leaks while attempting to use them over night. I will use them up for backup during the day but unfortunately had to switch to Always.

Great over night pad.
These pads are okay. But in my opinion they were way to long and I didn't like the 2sets of wings on the pad. So I just cut them off. I did like the packaging.

Almost better than Always
I wanted to give Stayfree a chance because I’ve *always* used Always (no pun intended). These are great, they’re soft, they feel high quality. They are pretty absorbent… But Always has that extra dry factor that this doesn’t have. Comes very close though. Tough choice. I think these are way more comfortable than Always and bunches less maybe. Feminine products should be free and is unethical to charge money for them. As of August 2022, Scotland is the only country to do so. We need to follow their example.

They have changed for the worse! They are horrible now!
Ok so I have been using these pads for years. I switched from Always years ago, and have sworn by these since. Well, that has now changed. Stayfree used to have a nice scent, which for me is very important. I'm sorry but dead blood STINKS! So now, they have eliminated the scent so now you can smell the blood..thankyou for the embarrassment! At home is one thing, but at work, or in a public bathroom now causes me anxiety that someone will walk in right after me and smell the blood. I am a very heavy bleeder and tampons are not an option for me. Stayfree that was a BAD CALL! Also at the same time you changed the scent, you also changed the adhesive, it doesn't stick now. My pad will come right off of my underwear when I go to the bathroom, the wings dont stick, they just bunch up in your groin and cause the blood to go on your thighs. Thanks for that, that was great at work the other day, wearing an overnight pad for less than 30 mins and I had blood in between my thighs ????. They also don't absorb as well as they used to years ago. It used to almost immediately absorb and get off of your skin and a few years ago it changed. I have learned to deal with it because of the other things I loved about them but now..I hate them..I am going to call Stayfree and complain..I hope rhey change back to how they were because I dont want to have to try a whole bunch of pads..ugh..this sucks!

UPDATED AGAIN WARNING POSSIBLY VISUALLY GRAPHIC: As if it could not get any worse, Stayfree has let me down once more. The latest delivery from Amazon, I thought was a defect, but I checked the pads and they are so flimsy. They are transparent in the light! they are so flimsy they bunch up and do not remain with a flat surface. At least before they were stiffer and thicker. They are causing too many accidents and they are shorter than they were. Two are no longer secure to wear. Three makes it impossible with all the overlapping. WHY are they shorter??? they were never long enough to begin with. WHY are they so thin and flimsy like a pantyliner rather than a real heavy flow menstrual pad? They used to not stick to new fabric materials so they improved the tacky factory that they now stick to microfiber underwear. HOWEVER, now they crumple up as soon as you pull your underwear up, and the surface area turns into 1-2 cm of surface when worn, and causes leakage. It sounds to me that people who make these decisions to cheapen a product that was my only sound choice the last 27 years, with no are making these decisions behind closed doors and they have no idea what is happening to their product. Prima was the best. They used plankton moss to make the pads and it was highly absorbent. Then they removed the plankton and started using many-layered thinly woven. NOW, there is but a fine fine layer of nothing. It has become a pantyliner, not a heavy flow night pad. I just subscribed to this, but if they continue to show up in this inferior quality I will cancel, and have to go to their competitor after 27 years of loyalty. UPDATED: I gave these 5 stars, but after using them recently, they have changed quality. They are so thin I keep having accidents and wasting my time changing often and doing laundrey. Its damaging to white linens! Disappointed. I don't have time for BS. Make them thicker like they were! Longer and reliable. I hate when companies cheapen out for a bigger profit. These touch our bodies. Please make them thicker than 5 sheets of paper and leakproof. I used to change every 5 hrs now every 1-2 hours. --------- I started using Prima Stayfree pads in the late 80s early 90s when they were made of plankton. They revolutionized pads for women, creating the thinnest most absorbent pads. I loved them. One day the packaging changed, then the pads were made of cotton, then plastic overlay. Things were changing. They were now Stayfree. I have faithfully purchased 2-3 packages a months since 88-90. I tried other brands but hands down these are my favorites. I do not have allergies to the cotton ones. They work, they are easy to replace and dispose of. They stick to most underwear except microfibre. The night time pads are their longest, so I use those. As a plus size, I wish they would go 2 inches longer. I normally wear 2 pads during heavy flow.

Sticky back REALLY STICKS
These did the job, however, they may do too good a job as I have to pick the sticky plastic bits off of my underwear as they seem to like to super glue themselves to the cotton. The pad basically rips off in 2 pieces. So frustrating. Will 100% move on to a different brand.

Extremely thin and uncomfortable!
These are extremely thin. I usually buy from different brands and felt like trying these but they are super super thin. I didn't like the material. And because they are super thin, I find them uncomfortable. However, their absorbency is good so people who like thin pads might be okay with it.

It's not reticulated, it doesn't absorb well, and it's poor quality, it spills easily, and it's the worst I've ever used.
