Only one works

I bought the pair and only one works with the new code. Three people tried too, but without success. Terrible! I just bought because I thought it could be a great deal. Disappointed!

True Case Of You Get What You Pay For. Broke On First Use Trying To Set Combo!

I have to agree with the other reviewers these locks are mainly junk, i had purchased these as I needed small light weigh locks for my back pack while traveling but nothing that needed to be too heavy duty just to keep people out while the zippers and etc are out of my site and when I am wearing the backpack. My first attempt to set the first lock and the whole thing just came apart! The housing/case popped completely open and the inner lock pieces and workings went everywhere. I tried the second lock and could not get it to open once i set the combination. It would not open on the 0-0-0 default setting nor the combination I had tried to set leaving the lock absolutely useless. I noticed that what they have in their directions for how to set the lock is actually not 100% correct/can actually cause the lock to break open like my first lock did. When you turn the lock 180 degrees and push down do not keep twisting to much or too hard this is what causes the lock to break and have the little bits of plastic as the other reviewers said. Needless to say I returned these locks. It stinks because I loved the color of these locks and how inexpensive they were, but as they say in this case you get what you pay for. I also purchased another South Main Hardware luggage lock in rose gold and that seemed to turn out well. I wish I could say I love this product but it's super sucks,, I can't open them.. they are very unsteady and I wouldn't trust these to protect anything

Easy to set combination

Combination was messed up

I purchased this lock for my carry on, I have to leave my bag at the hotel before checking in and wanted a simple lock. I set the combination and it seems super simple to do, only it would open with the combination I choose!! Long story short, I messed around with it, the cylinder inside was a little off and the combination ended up being there he number next to the number I choose.
