Nice

Just got my box. Based on that I have low marks. Inside..... BRIGHT Chrome sockets await my use. Unfortunately I spent the next hour sorting out each socket. As I was dumped out the box onto my work bench I see that at one time the sockets lived in little sock like bags. All emptied out and tossed into the box. I don't mind doing my part. That's the receiver of a package and store contents of packed goods. Your job was simple. Put bags into box. One from this bin. One from that bin, so on so on.. But great guys. Thanks Sata you made a great set and yes ULTIMATE only starts to describe this set.. "D"

A decent set of tools

I have been a mechanic for thirty years with several complete sets of Snap On and Mac tools. These are not that quality but they are a great set to have at home or in the car.

Handle broke the first time picking it up

Tools are good quality the box handle is complete junk. Now I have a portable tool box that I have to lift from the bottom. Defeats the whole purpose of a portable box.

The description says the set has 5 "wobble extensions." Not so - it has 5 standard extensions.

SATA makes nice tools but with no support

Missing a socket contacted amazon they told me to contact the manufacturer I did not receive a reply from them for 17 days informing me to contact amazon SATA makes nice tools but with no support at time of purchase good luck getting any after the return window is over.
