Well made

It's difficult to determine the size needed for your dog, using the measurements, taking us a few times of ordering and sending back. Other than that, the product is well-made. My dog was able to exercise and drink with no issues. Great buy.

Not so great customer service to help get the correct size

Didn't fit my boxer and it needed more holes in the straps to make it tighter if it did fit. The front muzzle part needed to be longer and wider. Guess calling them to get a size doesn't matter because they won't answer you. You just send them what you think the size should be and they just send back the same email and say, "yep, you are right".(Pat yourself on the back)
