Wasn't What I Expected
So this wasn't what I expected, but it was my fault. I thought it was a single rubber (thin blade) squeegee, but it's a very think and hard like sponge material. I got it to squeegee out my garage floor when I wash it. So far it works good. The length is great and makes the job go quicker.

We use it everyday in a fast food restaurant and get about 2-4 months use
I buy these for the fast food store I work in and they worked so well the management actually started buying them! They get used quite a bit during a day in the restaurant i work in but have held up to 2-4 months of everyday use wear and tear before replacing! Considering if you don't need this for everyday or even every week use I'd estimate this lasting for 1-2 years potentially if you used it sparingly! The only caveat I have had with them is making sure the wooden stick or whatever you attach this too fits the squeegee, a many times the squeegee has fallen off the pole we attach it too. I'd recommend obviously getting the correct sized pole which should be noted somewhere in the details of product and if you don't have have the correct pole size well than maybe a longer screw of the same size to replace the short screw they give you to attach the squeegee! All in all a fantastic product though!

Squeegee heaven.............LOVE IT!!!
I absolutely LOVE this product!!! We have a problem with moisture building up on the concrete of our screened in patio on the north side of our house. It always happens just before (as well as during and after) a quick variation in temperature changes. The change leave moisture drops/puddles all over the concrete to be tracked into the house. I get tired of "wet vacuuming" and emptying all the time. So, I decided to try using a squeegee instead. On my first attempt I ended up with a worthless product from another store and almost gave up on this idea. BUT, I decided to give it one more try when I saw this product and I'm glad I did because it's wonderful!!! It's soft enough to get into some of the lower spots (bird baths), but firm enough to the push to water without leaving 80% of it behind and it's wide enough to reduce the amount of time needed to perform the task. Now all I have to do is squeegee the water towards the screens and walk it down to the door and out, then turn on the fans and we have a dry floor again. Absolutely the best squeegee on the market! Thanks Rubbermaid!

Great Squeegee
I have been using a squeegee on my concrete garage floor. It had a hard rubber squeegee blade that left puddles where the floor was not even. Also, the pole attachment had just one connector which meant it would bend with every use. I don't know what to call what I am referring to as a connector. It is the part between the squeegee blade and the part that slides onto the pole. This was a real nuisance with the constant bending. This Rubbermaid has a double layer of attachment connectors that resist bending. The squeegee blade is a foam rubber type which allows it to conform to the sections of the floor that are uneven. With this squeegee I can push out all the water completely with much less time and effort and the result is a far better job of pushing out the water. I was able to reuse the wooden handle from the squeegee being replaced. It is not a screw on type so it was easy to just insert a screw to hold it in place. Actually, there are several screw holes that can be used. This is an excellent squeegee and I recommend it highly.

This thing has absolutely no suction power, other than the weak forces of capillary action, but then again, its not supposed to. So there's that. In the description, I kept reading rubber this and rubber that. Its FOAM RUBBER. Not what I wanted but I guess I'll still use it. The foam squeegee tends to chatter on the floor when you push them too fast whereas the rubbed strip does not. Thats why I wanted a rubber strip type, which I thought this was. Again, it is not.

Not to shabby
To be honest, I bought this for one project and knew it was going in the trash afterwards. I purchased this along with a garage floor epoxy paint. I used it to spread the epoxy paint and help get full coverage. It worked perfectly for that and I got full dollar value use from it. As it turns out though, I was able to clean it though it is foam and not a rubber blade so I will be able to get additional use out of it later. Very happy with this purchase. Don't forget to buy a stick to go with it. Luckily I had one. It is a simple phillip's head clamp. No need for a threaded stick. I used a threaded stick, just flipped it around.

Sturdy
Got these for work, as we go through squeegees like crazy. These are very strong compared to the flimsy ones we usually get. They are also very wide, so cover a lot of ground and help us to do less stress when cleaning. They'd be perfect if you could just replace the foam once it's worn out.

Simply the best
I was a firefighter for thirty years. There are two things you learn to do, clean floors and make coffee. We looked at these squeegee blades with some scepticism when they first arrived, until we washed the apparatus floor. Where had these been? They are better and easier to use. If you try these, the old kind will cease to exist.
