We just received these lamps and they look like the picture. Assembly was easy and we were up and running in 5 minutes. Lots of packaging protected their arrival which was great but was a bit of a pain to get through for assembly. It was a minor inconvenience. My only grief is that I wanted white shades and thought I was getting white shades but when lit, these are clearly off white. When I reread the description it indicated linen white shades. We will likely end up with new shades that better match the room which is a little disappointing.

It's OKAY, but

Both my wife and I liked the overall appearance but the description says up to a 150-watt bulb but the lamp socket says 100-watt max. My wife was okay with a 100-watt limit and I still had an old 100-watt incandescent bulb to use. I said okay I'll give it a try too. I bought a 100-watt LED bulb and was disappointed when it too was too big to fit without butting up against the piece the shade screws onto. There is a name for it but this a review, not a term paper, but I figure a reader can figure it out. So with that said in the box, they went to return to where ever it is they came from.

neither one worked!

Beautiful lamps, but after assembly with new bulbs, plugged into a reliable outlet, neither one worked. Had to replace both sockets myself.

Both lamps have a crooked post

Bought these for an employee. She moved on, and while packing up her office furniture, I noticed that BOTH lamps have a crooked, leaning center post. Frustrating! Makes the lamp shade look crooked all the time, which bothers my eye. They are attractive and well made otherwise.

Simple design

they make nice bedroom lamps. They have nice simplistic character. I with the pole had been one piece instead of 2.

Look lovely, but one is damaged goods.

One of the lamps is loose when put together. It wobbles on its stand when I turn on / off. Too much of a hassle to package them up and send them both back. They look nice but I would be cautious.

Quality lamps for an home office reno

These are gorgeous but the shades have a few small dark threads. Maybe that's what linen shades are supposed to be like. Don't know. These were the only affordable options that had pull switch. O

attractive and quality

these are prettier than i expected. there is a lucite ball at the base and a lucite square at the top. this made them very transitional and i liked the look. quality is good, they seem stable and perfect size for bedside tables. also like the ease of pull chain switch.
