Great but different than my other pair

I also have the gray version but these seem to be tinted differently. I notice more of the weird coloring when looking at my stereo in my car than I did with the other pair. I still like these but the tint techs seems different. I noticed because my heads up display looks tinted green with these on and its just a darker white with my other glasses.

What’s going on Here?

These Oakleys, if that’s what they are...let’s say...junk on first appearance. They come in a cheap little box inside a little bag. No case like all other Oakleys I have bought. They are very light but the quality seems to be on par with a $14.95 pair of Walmart sunglasses. I really cannot judge the lens quality yet because I have not yet had them out on the water or to a ski area. I don’t know, maybe this model is so light and “cheap looking” that this makes them indestructible. Then again, maybe I was sent a return item from Amazon. I would not buy these again because, well... Cheap looking, Cheap feeling, and Cheap materials = Not so good sunglasses from a brand with a better reputation. Look elsewhere for sunglasses.

Owned these 3 days. Best lenses I have ever owned. Made for small-medium faces

Owned these a few days now. ABSOLUTELY the best lenses I have ever owned (I've owned older Oakley straight jackets, and WileyX Valors which are also awesome). They are polarized and the HDO clarity is AMAZING. I bought the Oakley Nano cleaner/protectant and it's AMAZING. I paid $105 for these and retail they run $150. I do not think you get a warranty from Oakley if you purchase from Amazon, however you save 33%. I have bought retail from Oakley before and their warranty is worth every penny extra, if your willing to spend the extra. I just trust the brand enough and hopefully my ability to take care of them. $100 for a pair of polarized prizm technology is insanely good. These are absolutely authentic. IMPORTANT: You need to try a pair of these on in a retail store especially if your not sure the size/shape of your face will be compatible. They are smaller then Gascans and fit better on small-medium faces. I am 6'2'' and weigh 220lbs, my hat size is 7 1/4 and these are very borderline to small, but I am not a fan of oversized frames. I do like Gascans and they fit me probably a tad large for my taste.

Perfect

Love these sunglasses. Lost my older pair that I had for years. Needed a replacement within 24 hours to leave for a trip. This seller was perfect. Ordered the sunglasses at 1p and arrived by 8a next morning. Quality of the sunglasses are spot on.

Top notch!

These are the best glasses I've owned. I've had Maui Jims, revos, Ray bans and plenty of other high end shades and i must say these have the lightest and most comfortable frames ever. I actually had a pair of first generation fives years ago and this newest version is much nicer. They definitely have the highest quality polarized lenses I've used to date. I bought the rootbeer/bronze and they really increase contrast (great in the woods) and the clarity is amazing. They work exceptionally great for overcast and rainy driving sessions. I normally like glass lenses, but these, although polycarbonate, are still excellent and extremely light. Another great thing about these are that there are tons of options for replacement lenses for them. I did receive a pair with a slightly defective frame, but Amazon took care of it. These frames are made for smaller faces, so keep that in mind before purchasing. Stop squinting and just grab a pair!

The glasses wrap around the head nicely and block sunlight coming from the side

I purchased these to replace an old pair of Oakley Fives Squared. These are not 100% made in the USA. The frames are made in china, and the lenses are made in the USA. The glasses wrap around the head nicely and block sunlight coming from the side. The polarized lenses are spectacular. I don't like the new frames because they have soft, rubberized pads where the frame rests on the nose. Oakley's rubber pads are notorious for eventually softening and falling off. Big positive is that the frame hinges are compression fit and not screwed on. If you sit on these glasses the arms will pop off before breaking and won't lose tension like similar Ray-Bans. My old pair has taken quite a beating and still works perfectly. There is no noticeable difference in comfort between the original 5 squared frame and the new padded frame. -1 star for an expensive frame made in China, -1 star for rubber pads on the frame.

Lightweight, great fit

This is probably my 5th pair of Oakley glasses, I switched from Gas Cans to these because they're smaller and lighter. Polarized is a must for me and these lens are optically perfect.

Don’t be fooled

Description and picture shows that these glasses have metal frames . Well I can tell you that they are cheap plastic . Don’t be fooled like me. Would have given 0 star if possible.

Contrast enhancing crystal clear view, polarized and mirrored, super light weight

The clarity and anti reflection of the glasses will provide a view you have never experienced before, it enhances the contrast and is also wearable in the evening. The size of Fives Squared is on the smaller side and will fit medium to small faces perfectly. The frame material is super light weight, glasses are policarbonate and polarized with mirrored finish, green colored mirrored. Overall excellent sunglasses with brilliant view.

Cheap-feeling plasticky specs.

I seriously don't know where the money has been spent on these. Incredibly plasticky, very fragile feeling, the lenses are very good but compared to my old Hatchets these look like they've fallen out of a Christmas cracker.
