Item not as pictured

The product I ordered and what is pictured is a gravy boat with an attached under plate. That’s the “Legendary” line of the Noritake Sweet Leilani. The one I received is a pitcher style with a handle and non-attached plate, which is the basic line. I ordered this item believing it would look like the picture. My mom has this set of dishes and her gravy boat (the one that is pictured here) broke 25 years ago. I bought this to surprise her to complete her set again and I’m frustrated that they sent a totally different product. It’s pretty and in good condition but they need to change the photo in this listing to show what you’ll actually get-a pitcher and plate, not an under plate attached gravy boat.

never arrived

The problem has been solved to my satisfaction and I have received a refund. I received four rubber stick-on discs in a plastic bag labeled Noritake Sweet Leilani Gravy boat with stand, but never got the stand or boat. I was then charged as if I had gotten the item I ordered and I had some trouble explaining the silly mistake to customer service. I got a refund instead of getting the thing reordered since I didn't trust that I wouldn't just get four more rubber stickers. The other Noritake items in that order came in perfect condition.

Not exactly... but Beautiful!

Brand new in box. Gravy boat from Noritake Sweet Leilani Pattern. The picture shows the gravy boat that is fixed to the plate so it's actually one unit. What I received is a gravy boat with a handle and separate saucer to set the gravy boat onto. It is in immaculate condition and absolutely beautiful.
