Great Product, Packaged Poorly
Wish I could give it a five star review, but our last two orders were so haphazardly packaged that one bottle in each order was either damaged or leaking all over the other bottles. Great scents and foaming action though. Hopefully the packaging issue can be resolved so I can revise.

I love Method soaps. However, will not order again from this company. They sent me one bottle of soap instead of the six they stated. I’m returning the one bottle for the full refund. Very disappointed.

Product great. Packaging poor.
Great product and have used many years, but this time, 6 bottles received in the manufacturers carton, and 1 was empty. The carton showed evidence of liquid damage. Carton was packed inside a larger Amazon container with other items ordered, but fortunately nothing else was affected. In short, received 5 bottles of soap for the price of 6. Too much hassle to return all 6 bottles for refund/exchange.

One bottle arrived empty
I like this soap but one bottle arrived empty. Amazon requires a send back to correct which seems to be too much shipping etc for one bottle of soap.

soap and packaging were both damaged upon delivery
I like this product and have ordered it before. I was very disappointed to see the damaged packaging and soapy mess on my doorstep. I will not try to return all this soap but hope that it could be packaged in a more sturdy container.

Nice soap, containers not great
We really like the soap. It has a nice light scent, and lathers nicely. One of my kids who has sensitive skin doesn't react to this the way he does to bar soaps. I just don't like the containers. By the time you get to the bottom of the bottle, the pump doesn't work very well anymore, and it's going to be difficult to reuse with refillable soaps, the way I had hoped to do.

Light scent, easy to pump, natural ingredients, great for kids, doesn't dry out my hands!
Prior to having kids, I used various scented hand soaps from popular bath product retailers. After I had my first child, I couldn't believe how DRY my hands got when I was breastfeeding/changing diapers and constantly washing my hands. My hands got so cracked and raw that they were bleeding. I tried multiple different soaps and this was the only one I found that didn't make the problem worse! It smells so soft and it is easy to pump from the bottle (would be ideal for kids or a senior who has weak hands). I love that it is an all natural product so I don't have nasty chemicals on my hands when I am feeding my child or touching her. I also trust it for my older son who is now potty training. This is an amazing product and I love how you can purchase refill packs so you aren't going through so many plastic bottles. This is a must try!!

Great soap
Bought this for my kids who doesn’t wash their hands properly. With this foaming soap, it is easier for the little hands to clean, and also this soap is very gentle on the skin. Now with the Covid going on, we wash our hands 20 times a day, I noticed my 4 year old’s hands are super dry, now with this soap, it greatly help with the dryness. I got sweet water smelling one, it has a really nice, light smell as well. Only thing is regular price is bit expensive, so wait until it goes on sale and get it!

New pump is terrible
I have been a loyal method foaming hand soap customer for several years now. It's been the only handsoap in our home for many years because it smells great, looks good on the countertop and the foam doesn't cause contact dermatitis under my rings and watch like regular handsoap does. However, my most recent purchase of a full case will be the last. They have recently changed the pump on the bottle and although it looks good, it is functionally absolutely useless. You cannot pump with one hand because it jams up the pump mechanism. I currently have the pumps in my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen and all 3 have fallen apart & no longer function. It's extremely frustrating.

Damaged
Although I love this product it came damaged, 2 of the 5 soaps were busted open and when i opened the box it was like the pumps were never screwed down! So I basically bought 3 really expensive hand soaps!
