77% Merlino wool NOT---83% as advertised

Package says: 77% Merino wool, 17% Polyester,2% Spandex. It was advertised at 83% Merino wool. It is most likely an excellent pair of socks as it is made by Merrell.

Not very durable

It's now 5 months since I've been wearing these (as aprt of my winter sock rotation) and they've worn through the soles. I will admit to sometimes wearing these around the house but I try as much as possible to wear slippers or sandals when I do knowing they aren't meant for scuffing around. Plus they're the second pairs I've bought being a big Merrill shoe fan. But I have much cheaper socks that are worn the same way and they're not showing the wear these are. Last try with these socks. (They are plenty warm though, so there's that).

Very Tight

I liked the quality, but these socks fit very tight around the ankle and calf. I have a medium width leg, so they would be nice on a thinner ankle/calf.

These are my favorite.

These socks worked amazingly. I was a little hesitant about the support in the middle but it ended up being the best part of the sock. I have use these over and over again and they are my go to sack now as they are the most comfortable sock I own.
