Cheap Price, Cheap Product, but Reasonable Value

This product is not terrible and is not misrepresented, but it is not the quality I was hoping for. Pros: It has a lovely finish. The parts are all metal. Having dual towel racks is nice and they are spaced well enough that they are both useful. Cons: The rods do not secure into the arms at all. They are secured just by the arms being installed just the right distance apart. They provide drywall inserts that push in and do not expand. They also do not tell you what drill bit size to use to install them, even though that is very important. If you pulled with any real force it would just come off the wall. Each arm assembly mounts using two screws with no method of leveling. Varying the screws off of level just a tiny bit is magnified by the much larger arm and it very noticeable and impossible to correct. The edges of the square piece that rest up against the wall are extremely sharp. Just the slight movement while they were secured put gouges in the drywall around the edges. It did the trick by I have four holes in my wall now and wish I had gone another route. Mostly my own fault for expecting more.

Definitely better than most!

Nice looking. Was actually looking to match a different double bar that, turns out, was discontinued. This is close enough that you can't really notice unless you really compare. Does the job and is "sleeker" than a lot of the double towel bars which protrude from the wall too much. With limited space (it's on the wall that is right outside the shower) between the wall and shower door opening, it fit our needs best.
