Great

Works great when it fresh oil stain, older stains will fade but it won't be complety gone. Still a great product.

Just as good as the other one

Bring frugal when it comes to a variety of things like laptops. I have no issue with buying very similar things like this concrete cleaner. I had used the other brand and got good results. I did a side-by-side comparison and both work exactly the same! This one costs slightly lesser to boot! One does have to be careful to not over pour it. I covered the spot and the area around them. I waited a bit more than 24 hours as the spots were small. Once I remembered, I immediately swept it to see the results and was pleased. I am going to try older spots that I left in my neighbor’s driveway as I park there to make her house look occupied.

Works good, sort of......

I used this on some newer & older oil stains on my concrete drive way. By old I mean the past 2 years. I followed directions and it went on very easy....I mean easy to pour. But after waiting the length of time recommended, I was disappointed with the results. On a 1-10 scale I give this product a 5.....

Kinda ok

Not the miracle worker, but it is reducing stains on my pavers. I've had to do it more than twice but it's getting better. We're in a warm climate and I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

Microbes

The microbes did the work; all I had to do was brush a bit and wash the surface afterwards. As might be expected, there are a lot of variations in concrete surfaces out there, some more porous than others. Best if you have time to do a small test area first - I didn't and it was ok but I suspect I could have used less product and saved some for next time. I'd buy this again for sure.

IT'S MAGIC

I didn't take before pics, since I set the expectations super low for this product to actually. I installed all new pavers in my backyard ($$$$) and during an outdoor party last year, grease was spilled on the new pavers. Thoughts I would have to throw more money to get it fixed, but thought what the heck - let's try this. I waited for warm, full sun day. Poured it on the spots and walked away. 24 hours later, swept away the dry white dust and the spots were gone. I'm now going to try it on some spots in the garage - buy this you will not be disappointed.

It works!

I had this stubborn stain from a leaky car I had. I tried power washing and a few other products. I am having a party this weekend and really wanted this stain gone. I gave this a try as a last resort before just accepting the stain. The picture speaks for itself!! I let it sit in there for about 5 days just because I was busy. Took it off today and it completely took the stain away. For reference the stain was about 2 years old too!
