Solid ladle

It is a strong skimming ladle, you can feel the hardness and the weight in your hand. A little bit heavy to me but I think that’s why it makes the ladle so solid. I used the ladle to press sweet potato balls in the pan when deep frying and the ladle worked really well and had not been deformed.

I actually bought this for metal smelting, but when it showed up, a kitchen thief stole it! Now my girl uses it in the kitchen for everything, the old plastic version is going to the yard sale this weekend.

The name says it all "Zwilling J.A.Henckels". You will have this product for the rest of your life. Its more expensive then the rest of the similar products. But the price justifies the quality. Great!
