Get a size up with these shoes!

My daughter wears a size 3 girls, but after reading the reviews, I ordered her a size 4 woman’s and I am so glad I did. These do run narrow and it was hard for my daughter to get her foot in with small ankle socks on.

Sizing is weird

The shoes are decent as far as comfort and style. It isn’t a clean cut shoe so there is a little bulkiness— BUT not a lot. The shoe IS lightweight. There’s some cushion inside the shoe that is comfy. They aren’t loose and snugs my feet which I like. They are worth the price. NOW THATS OUT THE WAY!— On to SIZING! I wear a 7 in all athletic shoes hands down. I read the mixed reviews that said get a whole or half size up or down ( I ordered the infinity rival in a 8 so I decided to just guess this shoe size —anyway I returned the rival and kept this shoe— by the way I would have needed a 6.5 or 7 in the rival the 8 was huge ) just a little help for someone. I ordered the 7 and it was too big. Look at the pic and see where my finger is. Even with thick socks it still would’ve been big. I exchanged the shoe for a 6.5 and it fit snug and great. Please compare by finger to where my toes are in both shoes. My heel was at the back of the shoe in each pic. The exchange process was easy breezy.

Excellent cheer shoe for my daughter

She loves this show, her heels no longer hurt after long practice. Good support all around and they are light weight! Thank you Kaepa for making my daughters 8th year of cheer a success!

Comfort but not great for the hands of the bases.

Updated review: 06 Oct 2019: I have to take back what I said. Sitting here at practice, daughters stunt group is complaining how hard the sole is admit hurts when lifting my daughter. Sadly, despite the comfort my daughter feels, I’ll have to return these shoes as it does not work for the bases. I rated five stars based on my 13 year old daughter’s opinion. Daughter is a flyer for an All Star Elite cheer. The shoe may appear heavy but it’s actually a lightweight flexi shoe. The first thing she said, “these feel comfy”! Her bases hasn’t complained that it hurts their hands when they grip. She says it’s a nice tightness on her feet when doing a standing or running back tuck. We did go up a size (7.5) based on reviews. I may order another pair but go half size down as it’s true to fit with her other shoes. She has narrow feet and more than a finger tip of room. But she’s not complaining. I definitely will purchase again for practice and if allowed to wear on the mat for competitions - can’t beat the price.

#1 cheer shoe for wider feet

My daughter has a wide foot and it is hard for her to find a good cheer shoe. She does competitive cheer and needs a solid shoe. We did a lot of research this time around after being screwed from our normal shoes and we LOVE THESE!!! She said they were comfy from day 1! Which we all know cheer shoes and all shoes seem to need a good breaking in but she said they did not even need that. She’s been wearing them almost two months now and she still has no complaints. She wears about a 9-9.5 in regular shoes and i got her a 9.5 and they fit her perfect. We are going to get a 10 so we have them when needed. Worth every penny. And we tried infinity and Nike, They just aren’t good for a girl with wider feet! For reference she’s about 5’1 and size 9.5 shoe. Happy shopping!

Amazon warehouse return purchase

Ordered these in an 8.5 ladies and I found they were a touch too big. When I went back to order the 8 they were sold out but there was an option to order them through “Amazon warehouse used acceptable condition” for around $21. I took a chance and ordered them, they came today with nothing wrong but in the listing it said there was significant damage to the side of the shoe. Win win for me! Somebody must have just tried them on and returned them. Extremely pleased. I normally wear a size 8.5 street shoe for reference. The 8 fits much better than the 8.5 kaepa, they are a bit tight but I know they will stretch out once broken in!
