Actually like a mint lemonade
I like this scrub - other reviewers mentioned that it leaves a film behind, but I think it's more like a light layer of an oily finish. I actually like that - it almost feels like when you use coconut oil on your body. I have not found it difficult to wash off either. The product is very "fresh" and lemony - and you can clearly see (and smell) the mint leaves throughout. It looks exactly like lemonade-mint sorbets that I used to make. The container is big, which I don't care for because it takes up so much room on the bathtub ledge, and there is some decorative "dead space" in the walls of the container that contributes to that. It's not a huge deal. It's a nice product though.

Finally found it again!
Several years ago, I found this product at a chain drugstore, bought it, and loved it. When I went back to purchase more, the product had disappeared from the shelves. Recently I had found myself wishing for an exfoliating scrub again and I had a sudden flashback to the fresh, invigorating scent and tingly clean feeling I'd gotten from this product and was overjoyed to see that Amazon carried it. I wished it came in a single-pack, but after telling my mother how fantastic this scrub is, I ended up sending her the second one. In the future, I don't think I'll be bothered by buying it in the 2-packs, since I'm going through this container pretty quick. I do have to address the "film" that several reviewers mention. When I wash off all the salt, there is a definite coating left on my skin. But as a person with very dry skin, I find that it reduces the amount of lotion I need to apply. And in my morning routine, by the time I'm getting dressed, the thin layer that's advertised as "essential fatty acids, necessary to smooth, repair and help heal skin" has already absorbed into my skin. I absolutely love that feature of this product, and I honestly think that it's what made this scrub stand out as exceptional. It's definitely one of the reasons that I came back and found it after 4 years. Overall, I absolutely love this product and I'll definitely keep buying it.

Invigorating and Refreshing! But what's up with the lid?
I really enjoy this salt scrub. The scent is great, but not too overpowering. I could smell it a few hours after I'd taken a shower, but a co-worker couldn't smell it when he sniffed my arm. I'm not sure if this is targeted at a specific gender, but it doesn't smell too masculine or overtly feminine to me. It leaves a tingling effect after I rinse it off which is pleasant. I appreciate that it comes in a two pack (one for me and one as a gift!). My only problem with it is the lid. I know it's nitpick-y, but the jar is oddly shaped and sometimes the lid doesn't always thread right so if it gets knocked over it might leak. So if I'm in a hurry in the morning it gets annoying. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. I would recommend it to anyone and will most likely buy it again.

Simply the best body scrub ever made!!
The best body scrub. Leaves your skin tingling and soft. Not to mention the fabulous lemon scent. I highly recommend this product.

DO NOT ORDER
Used this product a long time ago but used to buy it from Whole Foods. Ordered it from Amazon and it came completely spoiled. When I opened it the top 3 inches were just an oily paste and all the salt/sugar was at the bottom. Tried using it and mixing it together and IT WAS HORRIBLE. no matter how hard I tried I could not get the oily paste off of me. Even after scrubbing with body wash and a loofah, I spent the rest of my dad feeling like I had a coat of wax on me. Amazon gave me a refund and didn’t even ask me to return it. I will never order again, or at least not from this seller

Old formula left skin with an oily moisture, this one leaves a waxy/sticky residue!
I hate this formula! I used to buy this a few years back (5?) and it left this awesome oil/moisture residue on your skin, which is great when you have very dry skin. This formula leaves a weird waxy/sticky film on your skin, it's awful!!

Moisturizing more than exfoliating
I love the smell of this! It's more moisturizing, than exfoliating. I'm used to the sugar scrubs without oil. This is nothing like that. It's pretty greasy actually, but your skin feels super soft after using it. I would be very cautious using this, because it makes the tub slippery. If you're prone to falls, I would just stay away from this product all together. I do love the cooling effect from the peppermint oil.

Good in hot weather
At first I was disappointed in this product. I was waiting for the "shock" of cool as described by other reviewers. The product smells nice and lemony with sprinkles of mint. It's a fairly large container and not much product is needed as a scrub. It does leave a bit of an oily film, which I don't love-but I like this on the dry skin on my legs. Just be careful not to use too much. I was really hoping to have the coolness on my neck since we've been experiencing triple digit heat. It was AFTER my shower that I realized the coolness hits you. Overall, it smells nice, slightly cooling and a little greasy.

オカマよ。 このスクラブは香りが何より良いわ。柑橘系で嫌にならないクセのない香り。オカマって柑橘系好きじゃない？ あとはスクラブしたあと少し冷んやりするから、夏だけ使ってる。冬に使うと縮みこみあげるわよ、ほんきで。 身体に塗ってる感じは伸びもいいし、必要な分だけサッと取れて満足してるわ。洗い終わった後が少しヌルッとするかもしれないから、しっかりと洗い流すことをオススメするわよ。VIOゾーンをやっちゃうとイヤン！てなるから、気をつけてね。

神崎恵さんが、こちらのチョコレートバージョンを使っていて、私もそちらも購入しましたが、お風呂にチョコレートの香りは合わず、こちらのフルーツの香りを購入。 チョコレートバージョンより、オイル感が強いです。 ベタベタした感じで、洗い流すと、 浴室の透明のアクリルチェアがオイルで曇ります。 しかも、洗い上がり、ひんやり感が。 冬には向きません。 潤う、というより、なんだかベッタベタ。 他社ですが、 ピーチジョンのスクラブは全く物足りない。 ハウスオブローゼのオーベイビーは潤いがない。スクラブ機能はよい。 お高めのサボンは、スクラブとオイルが分離し、周りが汚れ使いづらい。機能はよい。 ジョバンニは、ベタベタ。 ボディスクラブ模索中です。

すべすべにはなるけれど、凄くミントが効いていて寒くなる。殺菌効果がありそう。肌が弱い人にはあまりオススメは出来ない。角質が厚い部分には良いと思う。香りは清涼感があって良かった。

大事なデートの前や、気分をリフレッシュしたいとき、リラックスしたいときに使っています。 スースーとした使用感があって、粘膜近くは気をつけたほうがいいかもしれません。 使用したあとは肌がスベスベになります。 そのあと塗るボディクリームの感触がとても心地よいです。 3,4日はそのスベスベ感が保ちます。 1週間半、2週間くらいに1回使っています。 使用頻度がそんなに高くないので、量をたくさん使いすぎなければそんなにすぐなくなることはありません。 リピートします。
