first shoe i ever owned that squeaks when you walk. possibly the insole is making the noise. hope it goes away. also.. i followed advice below and bought a size smaller. length is good but the width too narrow. sqeezes toes.

Classy and versatile shoe
Really nice, professional and casual dress shoe and it’s pretty comfortable for those busy errand days when you are going to be on your feet a lot. Only down fall the size chart is off. I purchased my normal size of 8.5 and it fit one size larger as my brother usually wears 9.5 and it fit him perfectly. My advice buy a half size smaller

Better than most Florsheim
As a long-time Kenneth Cole wearer, I've tried Florsheim a few times over the years with mixed results. I noticed recently that they've tried to be more stylish and better quality, and this pair seems to reflect both. While the leather on the upper and the finish they used on it still looks a little... "waxy" is probably a nice way of putting it... the glue used on the lower, the heel construction, the lining, and the last all seem much better than I've seen from the brand in the last 20 years or so. With a European tie rather than the stubbier American or almond toe, these are actually a good looking pair of shoes. That said, I feel like I do have to circle back to the leather. It isn't the best, and the stain is superficial, meaning that scratches reveal undyed leather beneath (and are therefore much more easily noticed). The waxy polish attempts to replicate a high-gloss finish, but the two are not the same thing and this pair of shoes exposes its cheaper construction with increased wear. While I do like where Florsheim is trying to go, they're not quite there yet. If you're looking for a pair of occasional-wear shoes these will be fine (especially for the price), but if you live in dress shoes all week like I do, these won't last like a better leather shoe will.

Fantastic dress shoes for a great price!
I wear mostly suits and dress clothes to work. So I tend to go through several pairs of dress shoes a year. The first thing that stood out to me about this particular pair was the richness of the color of the leather. It was the perfect shade of brown and matches well with a lot of what I wear. My main concern was going to be how well they would last. After over a month of wear I can say I am very impressed with the quality and construction of these shoes. There's actually a lot of padding and support in these shoes and I'm willing to bet if you're reading this you've had a pair of dress shoes that were just a thin layer of leather glues to a sole that was hard as a rock. Don't worry because that's not the case with this pair. The stitching and detail on these are great and the photos try and highlight that. The sole is thick, durable and has held up very well so far. The laces are thin, easy to tie and are soft so they don't chew up the leather like I've seen in other shoes. For reference I'd say I wear this about 2-3 times a week and ordered them over a month ago. They also fit true to size so order the size you normally wear. I highly recommend these shoes if you want a great looking, comfortable pair that will last!

Mala calidad en el Acabado de pintura y suela cansada
Tengo 15 años comprando y es la 1era vez que me salen con fallas en el acabado( anexo foto), en la 1er puesta. Además estos zapatos son cansados tal vez sea por el tipo de suela, si bien es cierto el zapato no se ha deformado ,mi pie no se ha amoldado al zapato como con los de suela de vaqueta es por ello que resulta muy cansado, ni hablar eran mis preferidos
