See Through Material

It's a great shirt for over something else. There is NO mistaking what you got going on underneath. the material is sooooooo thin; it is see through. Got this to wear with jeans to an informal bridal lunch (I think I'm funny) - BUT it was WAY too HOT to wear the necessary clothing underneath not to shock the grandparents with a full view of my bra & belly. If you do not mind showing your bare body, this is for you!

If you want a realistic look, this is the one for you!

Most shirts that are designed to look like suits are caricatures and really not trying to look like the real thing. This one actually looks realistic. I had several people tell me how from a distance it looked like I was wearing a suit, and I even filled myself in the mirror for a split second - multiple times! The fact that this shirt is polyester is a bonus - you won't sweat through it during the course of a night, thus making the look intact. One thing about this shirt (and this is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars) - it is a bit see-through. So if you wear this, you'll want to wear a solid-color shirt underneath. But other than that, this shirt is perfect if you want something that looks like a suit. I plan on looking into Faux Real again the next time I'm looking for a designed shirt.

I've never looked so good.

Awesome shirt ... but ... giving 4 vs 5 stars due to the print. It wasn't perfect. However the print is applied, my shirt had a crease near the shoulder and when worn there is a white spot where the print didn't take. My wife put her skills to use with a black sharpie filling in the area where the suit print didn't apply. You can't tell. We did this versus bother with a return. Besides the print work slight issue (couple of inches long and 1/4 wide), the s*** is quality.

Got this as a joke for a friend who resisted bringing a sports coat on a trip. We all had a great laugh! Based on other reviews that this runs smaller than usual, I got the shirt in large for a guy who always is a medium. The sleeves were a bit long, but the rest of the shirt fit fine. No idea how it shrinks when washed as it was only worn once for the joke, but recommend you go up one size when ordering.

It's just like the picture. The black is a nice hue. The only thing is that it is a it loose on the arms. But otherwise it great. The material is soft.

The product itself is quite good I'd say, I put it on and when I walked in the room people thought I was wearing a suit, so it had the desired effect and people thought it was funny and interesting. It's a little bit on the thin side though, so I reckon you would be better wearing a black long sleeve t-shirt under it so that it makes it look more like a deep black jacket. The main issue I had is that the size is odd. I ordered a medium and it was skin tight on me, far too small for it to work, and I'm only a small man. I bought a really nice cardigan the same day and I'm wearing it now, the size is Small and it fits me like a glove. So how the T-Shirt could be medium I have no idea. The only thing I can assume is that it's a child's medium? I think if you manage to get the right size though, these novelty 'faux real' t shirts are actually pretty good. I sent my small size back, had to pay because it was technically my fault for getting the 'wrong' size, but I got a refund of the rest. I might buy one of these another time, it was a shame that the larger sizes are quite a lot more expensive. Not sure it's worth that kind of money in these credit crunchy times. Maybe my hilarious escapades with tshirts will have to wait a year or so.

This shirt made me have beer for free!

I went to a beer festival wearing this shirt and everybody was cheering and laughing haha. Someone even got me free beer because he liked my shirt. Besides all that, the shirt is good quality too and the size is perfect.

おもしろい、笑いが取れる。

手品の時、着ようかなと思って購入した。たまたま旅行の時、着たらかなり受けた。土産屋の女の子のが不思議そうに見ていた。なかなか気づかない人もいて、フェイクシャツだよと言ったら驚いていた。アメリカ人の考案のようだけど、日本でもこういうユーモアが受け入れやすくなるといいね。
