Works like a charm
This window squeegee makes washing big windows a really quick and easy task. You do need to wash the rubber with soap and water to avoid streaking when the item is new. After that, no problem. Great product.

Made in the USA, heirloom quality tool
I have a mid-century modern with 50 feet of 10' floor to ceiling windows. I only cleaned them once (with Stoner Invisible Glass, a great glass cleaner), and knew that I needed a professional cleaning approach. My poor arm couldn't take another 10 hours. So off to the internet I went... It didn't take long to see the Ettore name over and over. Reading about them, their founder invented the modern squeegee. The company is also still family owned, and still make some of their products in the USA. Those are the type of businesses I like to support, so Ettore it was. I bought the 18" brass squeegee because it seemed like the right size for my job. I was very relieved to see the "MADE IN THE USA" on the package, and stamped into the brass. This squeegee is definitely heirloom quality, and I'm sure I will never need to buy another 18" in my lifetime. I will be adding a 12" brass for any smaller windows. I have cleaned many hundreds of square feet of glass since I got it a week ago, and the blade shows very little wear and is very much streak free. I never thought I'd be excited to clean glass, but when you can do a professional job in about 45 seconds (max) for a 4' x 6' window... It is actually kinda fun. I would definitely recommend this 18" brass squeegee by Ettore. I will be buying others.

Great Professional Grade Squeegee
I ordered a 12" and an 18" version of this product. They were delivered on time and the rubber squeegee blade was protected from indentations during transit. I was all of my windows every Sunday (OCD - yes... but also we live in a salt air environment). These squeegees work like a champ - perfect results. We have many large sliding doors out to our lanai, pool and the water (one door is 10' high and 32' wide) and these squeegees give us a perfect view and cut my whole house (one level, but tons of glass) glass cleaning ritual to under one hour. I also use them when cleaning the glass on our half walls in each of our three bathrooms and also for the very large mirrors throughout. Great great product. Look no further.

This is our second one and is a different size.
My wife insists on cleaning windows with paper towels. She can work for hours and still not have a perfectly clean window. I, on the other hand use these squeegees, a 12" and this 18". I can do a window in 2 or 3 minutes and they are perfect. A bowl of warm water, a dash of dawn, a sponge and a towel. I wipe the window with the water solution, let it set for a minute, wet again, then run the squeegee. Even gets dog slime off easily. Master the swipe and you'll never use anything else to clean a window or shower door. Squeegees are not created equal. Buy a good one and be done with it. This is a good squeegee.

The elegant, classic, durable original
I am a second generation window cleaner, who has been in the business for about 27 years. 20 years of that full-time window cleaning. This is the archetype, the original. This is the squeegee my father used to teach me how to clean windows, and it is the squeegee that I use to teach my new hires. It is essentially unchanged from when Ettore Steccone patented it in 1936. Its balanced all brass construction gives it durability, stability, and predictability. Blade changes are easy, thanks to the blade retainer clip system. Many improvements have been made over the original design, including lighter materials, different blade retention systems, and comfort enhancements. This one is still the elegant design by which I judge all others. And I have used a few. FYI, This is what I currently have in my bucket.

A Pleasure to Use
There's nothing like a professional squeegee to make short work of window cleaning. This one is a breeze. Soap and water to loosen the dirt, squeegee it dry. I washed two large 6' x 4' windows in just seconds each and they were perfectly clean with no streaks or haze.

Extremely useful for cleaning out dog kennels
These were bought for a local dog rescue. They use them all the time when cleaning out the kennels and think they are amazing.

Arrived on time, seems like decent quality but haven't used it yet. It would be nice if the handle was threaded to accept a standard painting handle.
