Runs 1 size too large

Very nice lightweight shoe that seems supportive. I normally wear 9 to 9 1/2 and I ordered a 9 1/2, but it was huge. I am waiting on an 8 1/2 for the exchange I've made, but unfortunately Amazon has no idea when it will be available for shipment.

comfy, not quite like Sketchers though

I wear a woman's 10.5-11. I'm borderline wide feet. These fit perfectly. They might be 1/4 of a size big, but that's close enough! It means I can wear thicker socks without a problem. They not only fit my widish feet, but they make them look slimmer, which I really like! I'm a big gal... And getting older so bending over isn't as easy as it use to be. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to slip my feet in these easily. That's mostly not true. While holding on to something for balance, I can slip my feet in just fine. But then I do need to run my finger along the entirety of the opening to flip it out because it folds inside the shoe with my foot. If you can't bend to do that, don't get these shoes. On a comfort scale, I'd give them a 7-8 out of 10. Sketchers skip ONS are my go to. I can stand most of the day in those (though theyre not my favorite for walking). These are not as cushiony as Sketchers. But they are comfortable. And my foot has plenty of room without feeling too big. They're also very lightweight and breathable. I got the multicolor grey and, at least as of the time of ordering, there was no listing photo of the back. There's a thick light pink stripe up the back. I posted a photo of that. Overall, I like them as good back up shoes. But they won't be my go to for standing long days or walking a lot. They're good errand shoes.

Dearfoams Women's Elena Slip-On Wedge Sneaer

Lightweight these slip-on shoes have a decently cushioned innersole with arch support and the combination creates a comfortable experience. The fabric upper is breathable and the sole is textured which provides traction on wet or slippery surfaces. A big plus—the shoes are machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle, no bleach and dry flat. I selected a size 8 1/2 shoe which is my usual size. My foot is somewhat wide between a B and C width and it took some effort to get my foot through the shoe opening. After they were on there was plenty of room in the toe box and the length was fine and even the opening did not constrict so I’m not sure if moving up a half size would have helped. This area is usually not a problem for me and I think the shoe design simply doesn't have sufficient give to easily slip on the shoe. This issue could have been mitigated if there were usable loops at the back of the heel edge to assist in pulling the shoes on but although there is a loop it is perfectly flat against the shoe too tight to slip a digit under. I almost never use a shoe horn but in this case it is a necessity. Perhaps with time the opening will stretch.

Cute, lightweight. Odd fit

These are good but not my favorite. These are slip on but not easy to slip on. Which makes me sometimes look past them for another shoe that's easier. They are super lightweight but there are a lot of styles out there like these so something has to wow and these don't. I do wear them around the house, they're fairly comfortable. I don't think I'd really wear them out and about. I also ordered a half size up because it was recommended and I didn't need to, since they're stretchy I should have stuck with my usual. There are definitely better ones out there.

Comfy, But Possible Sizing Inconsistency.

The reviews for these slip-on sneakers are all over the place regarding sizing: too small, too big, too narrow, too wide, and just right. I normally wear between an 8.5 and a 9, but since an older pair of Dearfoam slip-ones from last year fit right with a 9, I went with that size. Wrong choice. I feel like my feet are swimming in these if I don’t wear thick socks. They verge on being too wide for my medium width feet, and they are a little too long. I had hoped to wear these without socks. That’s not going to happen. If you are between sizes, order the smaller size if you want to do that. Despite the sizing issue, these sneakers are comfortable. They don’t look clunky, as I had feared. They have elasticized openings and a stretchy ribbed section over the top of the foot that hold in my feet even though the shoes themselves are too big. I like these shoes. I just wish I had known that they — or my pair in particular — would run big. — Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Comfortable & lightweight

I like how lightweight and comfortable these are. They are very cushiony especially on the heel. I like that I can wear these year round in Georgia-the style is pretty good for most seasons unless it's very, very hot, but even then these are not quite as warm as my tennis shoes. They're warm enough with socks though. The size 11's fit very well. They can be machine washed. When I first saw them I was afraid that they would not fit my fat left ankle that has had surgery. It fits fine though and these do not bother the tarsal tunnel area that I have that's so sensitive either. I am a larger woman, and I do find that it helps to sit down to put them on, because the hill can tuck inside the shoe- the one downside to me is that I can't just slip these on and off. They have good insoles in them although the arch support is low. I'm glad it is low because only 11s it's a little bit low on the shoe. That's probably not a problem for most sizes though.

Fit as expected

At first I was hesitant to purchase as i have wide feet. Better say, i never purchase shoe on line as I have to try them one. This was my first pair and was surprised. They fit and they are comfortable. The only downside is that they are not waterproof. Yesterday it rain and they got wet ????. But they dried well. Dont wear on rainy days.
