Color not as shown

Really like these dishes although the photo shows true red which is what I wanted and they are more tomato red. Keeping them though as they are still pretty, but not "Christmas" dishes.

Heavy, durable plates

Heavy, durable plates. One mug was broken at the handle and two others chipped. Other than that, I love the color and heaviness of this product.

Poorly finish, low quality.

I saw this swtting and loved it for Christmas. Packaging is perfect, shipped very secure. Plates, bowls, and cups were separated by a protective sheet. The problem is the set itself, several plates have chips of the faces of them, on the cups around the edges of the rim there is small paint gaps and a rough texture to it. The bowls have a similar problem, chips around the edge and a rough feel around the outside.

Sooo Disappointed

Having ordered these in hopes to use on my Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner table, I was really disappointed after seeing how cheaply made they are. The plates aren’t as red as they seem in the ad and as you can see the inside of the bowls are. I’m also so put off by the way many of the leaves are not painted white as if they just slopped these together without care. On top of that, I’m having to pay $12 to return them. I was so excited about these and now I’m super bummed.

Every mug had a chip. If possible I would like the mugs replaced or refunded, as I don’t want to return the entire set (I want it for our family’s covid Christmas at home).

Amazon was very generous to stand behind the "Manufacturer" warranty after attempting to contact the company unsuccessfully & speaking to Amazon reps, but Buyer beware on these dish sets!!! I should have read all customer comments and steered clear of these holiday dishes, red and white sets! Our 1st sets came damaged, chipped and with poor color inconsistencies. They were replaced (after the holidays) and then....the ceramic crazing started & from there, the MOLD that occurs in storing them for the next holiday was AWEFUL on every dish. Unsealed ceramic bottom of all dishes & IN craze lines on tops….grew MOLD We suggested to Amazon that the PRODUCT be reviewed and not carried so others do not end up as disappointed as we are with the Holiday dishes and manufacturing company.

Should have read all the reviews

The online picture for these is beautiful and perfect. In real life, they were not. First, some of the items were broken or completely shattered. The white paint seemed to be slopped on, meaning it's not necessarily on the the design around the edge. They claim to be dishwasher safe, but two more pieces chipped during washing. Fortunately, I was able to get a hassle-free refund. Next time I find red dishes to go with my kitchen decor, I will read the reviews more carefully.

Nice for the season

My plates, bowls and cups arrived very well packed but still chipped. Since it was so close to Christmas I didn’t have time to return them. I love the look. Definitely festive. But disappointed that they were chipped on multiple spots.

These dishes look nothing like in the picture.. they are a washed out ketchup colour, and you can see the white ceramic underneath. The white floral design is half painted over with the ketchup colour. Worst quality I have EVER seen??? I wouldn’t even pay $10 for this set??

Just love this set

This is a lovely set of Christmas dishes, makes our holiday table festive. Dishwasher safe, these dishes are easy to clean. They have a substantial, quality look and feel, Christmassy, but not screaming Christmas. I now own a set for 8.

Not worth buying. Colour is not consistent.

Colour is not consistent. Some areas don't even have colour on them. For $135 I would expect 5 stars.Will be returning.
