Does the job

This does the job but I know it’s going to loose pressure from one of the clamp fittings that holds everything together……..just like the previous two I have owned

Solid and leak free

I’ve owned several in the past on boats I have sold. You just can’t go wrong with this hose. Never had a leak and prefer the crimped clamps from the factory.

Better than original

Safety disconnect and tank connections seem to be of good quality. 2 trips so far. 3 Gal 2-stroke fuel cell to 1962 Johnson Seahorse 5 1/2hp ! Keep'm running

Wrong fitting

The fitting I ordered was for a Johnson/Evinrude motor. The hose would not fit and I had to pay another $9 at a marine dealer to attach a new fitting that would work.

Perfect fit on my 1990 Evinrude

Perfectly fit right onto my 1990 Evinrude 30hp, and the quick connect on the tank end perfectly attaches and detaches easily to my Atwood fuel tank

Not as pictured

The item pictured shows a fuel demand valve. What you get does NOT include this feature which prevents the engine from getting flooded when there is pressure build-up in the tank. The one shown with that valve is almost $100. I called this error to the attention of Amazon, and they made it right for me, and agreed to elevate the issue to the department that could correct the error. Thanks to Amazon for doing the right thing !!
