Best brand of off the shelf collared shirts ever

Fits perfectly in a relaxed kind of way, not too tight so doesn’t need to be too stretchy, and no obnoxious tag sewn into the high collar like most. Durable (worn once/twice per week minimum). Love it.

Four Stars based on sale price

I bought this shirt for my teenage son in grey-black plaid for a job interview. I measured him before purchase and after washing and drying it did fit as expected. But... I would not call this shirt "tailored". My son is not skinny, but he is pretty slim and this shirt was quite baggy around the mid section. I wouldn't call it tailored. It's been awhile since I've purchased a men's dress shirt, but I think this fits more like a regular fit than a tailored fit. My son liked it and asked me if I could get him another, which I plan on doing. But the prices are all over the place (and all sold by Amazon so I don't understand the price difference). I paid $11 for the one I am reviewing right now and at that price I think the shirt was a good deal. I am about to buy another for $14, but I wouldn't go higher than that. I see some of the colors are $50. This is NOT a $50 shirt. Not at all. Not even close. So... my 4 star review is based on the price a paid. I deducted one star because the abdomen area is baggy and fits nothing like the picture shown. Everything else I liked about the shirt on him.

Amazon just eliminated the competition...

Just got it in today- at first look I was impressed with the fabric quality. Then I tried it on and boom, I might as well have seen Jesus in the flesh because this $50 AMAZON label dress shirt fit like a glove (not like the OJ glove) but a perfect fitted dress shirt. So, I'm going to get my initials on the cuff and all it custom because it might as well be. I have always had the worst time with dress shirts (wide upper body, long arms and too much mid-section fabric) and it's the norm for me to pay a lot for tailoring. Recently I bought shirts from the "Enns Error-houzz" store not too long ago. Paid $100 each for the shirts (that joe abood label) and $45 for tailoring... garbage. Back to the Amazon shirt; arm length perfect and what is most impressive is that the arms are stitched high in the arm pit. I can write a lot more about this, and again, yes, it is at first glance, so I do not know about durability, but who the hell cares? Wear it for a year, 6 months and get another one. Amazon has just merged quality and value. Thank you to the AMAZON team who put this line together, everyone from their outsourced suppliers, manufacturing teams, supply chain management, and the product managers too. Kudos to you! One last thing, my only petty gripe. please add one more bottom button/ button-hole. Just a preference for me, because I'm tall'ish. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.

Amazingly well-fitting, handsome men's shirt

I have officially fallen in love with Buttoned Down, the amazon men's clothing company. THey have filled a much-needed hole in the marketplace for men by focusing exclusively on men's clothing and ensuring that their garments are available in every possible size and body shape. Most shirts come in at least 3 different versions: a "regular" (full figured cut), tailored ((tailored, traditional look) and slim or skinny fit, which are the most form-fitting. I have always struggled finding clothes in my size. I am very tall (6'2") with very long legs and arms. In the past, finding a dress shirt with the right sleeve length (37") meant wearing a shirt that was large enough to fit three of me inside. With Buttoned Down you determine which "cut" best fits your body shape, and then you can order the exact neck, sleeve length, and fit for every shirt. No more compromises. Another perk is that, although there is not an exhaustive selection of different styles and colors. the difference in the way the shirt fits you makes a HUGE difference in how good the shirt looks. A well fitting dress shirt looks sharp and upscale even when it is just a white shirt. Trust me on this, give these a try. I won't buy anything else now.

Sleeves Shorter than described

I always get 18 x 36 for my long arms and these are shorter than my other shirts.

Classic fit... fits well

I’m 6ft 200lbs 42” shoulders and a longer torso... this cut fits well with enough material to tuck in. If you are borderline big and tall, meaning outside the standard fit. This is not a good option if you are a solid slim fit, meaning you don’t have a belly and you’re trying to show off ... it would be a little baggie but that’s all. I was happy with that..... The only downside was that it was priced a bit higher than other options... I can find dress shirts for around 10-20 dollars for classic fits.

Buttoned down has yet to fail me when it comes to their button down shirts. The correct size is always shipped, the pattern on the shirt is always the same as in the photos, and the quality is always consistent. I am 6'6", 180 lbs. As you can imagine, finding shirts that fit me is a hellish nightmare. The beauty of Buttoned Down is they offer shirts that they offer shirts with a 37" inseam on the sleeves, while also offering slim and modern cut clothing for those of us who are not "big" and tall. Additionally, their selection of patterns and styles is by far the best on amazon for their price point. Finally, their quality is great! Solid fabric, good stitching, and the shirt comes with plastic collar stays. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Bought as a Christmas present but ordered the wrong fit. So did not try on. The colour on the picture is not a true reflection of the colour in real life, picture makes it look grey but it was more black and white. Good price.

Mantiene la calidad

El algodón con el que está fabricada la prenda es de lo mejor que hay: es sencillo de planchar, es fresco y se mantiene sin arrugas durante todo el día. Es importante que para la compra distingan entre los tipos de corte, ésta en lo particular es de corte regular, así que si tienen su medida correcta de la manga y el cuello les tiene que quedar bien. El servicio de mensajería cumplió con el tiempo de entrega.

ho comprato questa camicia come prova. Devo dire che sono rimasto positivamente colpito. Il tessuto è di Supima Cotone (cercando in rete ho letto che è un cotone di buona qualità). Anche la vestibilità è perfetta in base alla misura che ho selezionato. Penso che ne prenderò altre.
