Mixed thoughts
While the quality of the bag seems excellent (have just started using it), the design has some problems for me. The bag hits my heel if I keep my foot flat while pedaling. There's not a lot of taper toward the bottom like my old bags had so the wide bottom is an issue, but admittedly I have longer cranks so it might not be a problem for you. That problem blends with the one other I have which is the hooks for the rack. While the description says they fit any rack and that's probably true, the flaired shape makes it so I can't fit the bag on the far end of my rack and have to keep it too close to my foot. The hooks are also plastic. Since I just started using it this isn't a problem yet but I've never put anything plastic on a daily ride that didn't break within a year or two. Depending on your setup the width of the base and the hooks might not be a problem for you. Otherwise though it it seems excellently built and I trust it's waterproof.

I just used these panniers to cycle across the USA with. Using only two of them I actually had some room to spare, they are incredibly roomy! the external pockets are a nice touch and kept things dry even in downpours. I never had any problems with the bag getting wet or letting water in- a sturdy construction. The only criticisms I have is that the tabs on the zippers on the outer pockets failed half way through my trip. I simply looped some zip ties through the zipper block and they work better than new as the zipper blocks were totally intact! The inner lining that give shape+ rigidity is a very welcomed touch for packing as then you have a good idea of how much room you actually have. For the price these panniers are amazing, personally I would by these over the seemingly 'standard' and expensive ortelibs.

These worked perfectly on vacation to the beach. They fit my Blackburn rack perfectly and we're easy to clip on and take off. The construction of these panniers is incredible and I like the outside pockets.

Reliable, but lower quality than the same mqke and model from 4 years ago
Same size but with noticeably thinner materials. This is most noticeable especially at the seams between materials (see attached pictures), where unfortunately threads started peeling off after the first 2-3 uses. I would have considered it a one off, but I bought two bags and they are both like this now. I hope it will not advance and affect the water resistance. I wish I could say that the thinner materials make the bags lighter, but the only difference I can tell is that the bags feel more delicate, the folding upper part got wrinkled very fast in spite of my best efforts. I don't remember any of these changes in the previous bags of identical make and model I bought from a bike shop in 2018. Will update this after the first significant rain. :)

high quality waterproof pannier
I chose this as I'd seen it mentioned amongst the best panniers list, a you-tube review in which it looked very good and lastly,, that it tapered from 30cm (top) to 22cm (bottom)- which means it sits perfectly on my topeak super tourist disc rack and i still get a few cm heel clearance when peddling...result. And it's well made, 100% waterproof - not tested this but i can see it's made of the tarpauling type material I've no doubt it's waterproof and hard wearing. Has a zip pocket on the main side and a very good top seal.. You basically fold it 2-4 times, the tops have a ridged strip to assist this, and end either side has a buckle fastening you can adjust. All in all i like this very much and would highly recommend at this price. Oh. And there's also a ridged insert that you can use, or not, it fixes in very securely with Velcro fastenings and means you know exactly how much space you have, ie it becomes more of a box than bag.

You won't regret making this purchase!
A brilliant bag for an brilliant price. 100% waterproof and certainly been tested recently! No problems getting the bags on and off, easy to move the bottom clip for a more secure fixing if you need to. So glad I bought this (x2) as made a huge difference to my back and shoulders. Nice to have a front pocket for items you need quick access to, such as lock or gloves. Delivery was well ahead of schedule, even though it came all the way from Germany and a big thumbs up to the courier they used who kindly followed our instructios on where to put the package in our absence.

Does Not Fit All Bikes
"Universal bike rack attachment" -- not much room for interpretation there, right? Well whatever they meant by that, it wasn't that you can fit this on any bike with a cargo rack. Most bikes in the Netherlands have thicker bar on their cargo racks -- about 17cm, and this can't attach to them.

Quite long & heavy.
Found this to be too heavy and too big/ long as I have a seat mounted rack so this hits the wheels. I’m sure it’s waterproof but at the expense of weight.
